What is the issue itself or main thrust of the idea?

Example: Sometimes eating a pineapple makes me go berserk

Who is experiencing the issue or should benefit from the idea?

Example: Me and two other warriors

Where does the issue occur?

Example: Anywhere on the MUD

Why is this a bug or why should we implement this new idea?

Example: Eating a pineapple shouldn’t make me berserk!

When does this issue happen?

Example:  If I’ve already eaten the catch of the day and a tomato, and it’s night-time.
